Canton Fair - Meeting with Long-Term Clients

It was a pleasure participating in the 158th Canton Fair. After two days of setup, we officially opened the fair to welcome both new and existing clients.

During the Canton Fair, we brought many coil nails samples, including polished ring-shank coil rivets, fully painted screw shank coil rivets, and galvanized coil roofing nails, to display at our booth. We also brought coil nails samples for many long-term clients to test the quality.

On the first day of the Canton Fair, we met our long-term Argentinian client. He had previously purchased two containers of products from our company, and this was our first time meeting him in person. We were delighted and deeply moved. Two people from different countries and of different ages met in our country – this might be a once-in-a-lifetime encounter. I must quote an ancient Chinese poem: "A bosom friend afar brings a distant land near."

During our conversation, we chatted about recent events and learned about the client's business. His business has been very successful lately; he has purchased a new warehouse and hired many more workers. We presented the client with the samples they needed and showed them our booth. We demonstrated the best-selling pallet nails sizes in their country and showed them some samples from our booth. We also brought them a souvenir we had prepared in advance: a refrigerator magnet featuring a Ferris wheel. Our company is a coil nails manufacturer from Tianjin, and this Ferris wheel is called the "Tianjin Eye." As one of the iconic landmarks of Tianjin, a major northern city, we hoped to leave the client with a warm memory, reminding them of our company and our collaboration when they open the refrigerator to cook. We also hoped the client would learn more about our company and establish a deeper partnership.

It is often said that words carry warmth, which is why people frequently record things. Memories may fade, but words may endure. After a pleasant conversation, the client was about to leave. We took out our phones to take some group photos to cherish this memory.
